SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return & Exchange Policy

Nkoala is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Nkoala does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to info@nkoala.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Nkoala offers the following shipping options:

  • Ghana: FREE shipping for all products above 200GHS to anywhere within Accra

  • To all other countries: Depending on weight of items purchased

IMPORTANT: International Shipping can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that Nkoala shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

International Orders

Nkoala is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. Nkoala will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
